The basic hosting is priced on average of other web hosts but offers very limited disk space, bandwidth, and only allows 1 domain. For a few dollars more per month, you can upgrade to deluxe to host up to 50 domains on one account.

Overall, after reviewing Dotster for their support options, we found several issues that caused us to rate them low. First, they do not offer toll free telephone support. If you need to call them for any reason, expect toll charges. Second, no live chat option. Sometimes it is nice to sign on and send a quick live chat support request should an issue arise, but with Dotster, this is not an option. Third, Dotster has a limited knowledgebase for their customers that appears to be outdated. There is no easy way to browse all knowledgebase articles and the best option for you would be search and to hope for the best.
